I hope this gives you a little more insight on what makes the Puffco Plus stand out and please contact me directly on my email for more assistance with anything Puffco. Even the light part that is turned on and automatically unplugged, the detachment is signaled with some repeating light signals for a few times. I have had a great experience with The + – I only use about a B.B. Size of sugar wax and it performs like a champ – still on 1st chamber after 1 month. So I sent puffco support and message telling them this .  
Hey I’ve also hd problems with puffco plus supercharger plus. J bought a second one after the first one stopped working. For the past 3 yrs or so I have been enjoying their products both the Plus and Pro 2. Unfortunately the chamber needs to be replaced quiet frequently which can get pretty costly .  
Until that happens, stick with the pro atomizer, or get a dabber aura which draws WAY better, and only clogs in the flattened mouthpiece. Iv been using this pen for 2 weeks now 3 times a day and I love it. It was fully charged right out of the box and produced great vape hits on the blue setting. Iv cleaned it about 5 times I’d say but I just like to have a clean atomizer haha. So far I am very pleased with the puffco plus.  
The Puffco Plus houses a dart inside the device allowing you to load quickly while preventing clogs. In addition, this dart also adds to the purity of the flavor of any wax or concentrate as it’s designed to work as a nail, delivering an entire dose all at once. Press the power button four times to cycle through the different temperature settings. Place the wax into the coil chamber and then reattach the mouthpiece to the battery. The most awarded and flavorful concentrate vape pen ever, with a brand new look. We innovated a pressure-sealed bowl, which evenly heats your oil instead of scorching it with coils, providing the purest flavor.  
If you’re a light user you might not notice, but a heavy user might not make it through half a concert. Especially if you are trying to get down in Sesh Mode. The annoying threading also means you can’t use another battery except for buying another $50 battery from Puffco.  
The amount of similar bad reviews tells me they had a whole run of lower quality defective parts. While this is not how we normally cover this part under our warranty policy, I am happy to provide a replacement as a one-time courtesy if deemed defective out of the box. Satisfied with the purchase, I would recommend a friend to buy it, the plus on my own are the dabber, the fast charge and the steam capacity, very strong at low temperature.  
This is my third vape pen, I’ll say that the customer service has been nothing short of remarkable, and have replaced 2 units from my original one. Overall disappointed with the product. It doesn’t heat up well and I never seem to get a good hit. I spent a good deal of money on this and it doesn’t work as well as cheaper pens. We appreciate your future understanding in this matter and we hope to get your pens working again.

The portability of Puffco Plus is good when you consider the size and shape, although that is true of every vape pen on the market. This has to do with how your wax is heated. Coils will heat it up faster and deliver big, thick clouds, but they also tend to overheat and cause small amounts of burning. The vapor quality of the Puffco Plus is very good, especially when it comes to flavor.
